Over the years, Australia has been one of the most important parts of the VAPEPIE and InfinityMist community.

Many of you have supported us through product launches, member programs, flavour development, feedback initiatives, and countless conversations that have helped shape the products we offer today.

As recent changes continue to affect the broader Australian market environment, we believe it is important to provide a transparent update on where things currently stand, what actions we are taking, and how we are preparing for the future.

Most importantly, we want to reassure our members of one simple fact:

VAPEPIE and InfinityMist remain fully operational, and we remain committed to serving Australian members for the long term.

Existing Orders Remain Our Highest Priority

We understand that many members are currently waiting for CN Warehouse orders.

Please rest assured that all existing CN Warehouse orders remain active within our fulfillment system and continue to be processed in coordination with our logistics partners.

Our current priority is to ensure that existing member orders continue moving through the fulfillment process as smoothly as possible.

While some shipments may experience delayed tracking updates due to ongoing logistics adjustments and route optimization, these delays do not necessarily reflect the actual shipment status.

We continue to work closely with logistics partners to improve visibility and delivery stability wherever possible.

Why We Have Temporarily Paused New CN Warehouse Orders

After reviewing current fulfillment capacity and logistics conditions, we have made the decision to temporarily pause new CN Warehouse order intake.

This is not a closure of the program.

Rather, it is a structured operational decision designed to ensure that resources remain focused on fulfilling existing member orders first.

We believe maintaining service quality and fulfillment stability is more important than accepting additional order volume before sufficient capacity is available.

Once additional fulfillment capacity becomes available and operational conditions improve, CN Warehouse ordering will reopen.

Australia Inventory Preparation Continues

We recognize that inventory availability remains one of the biggest concerns for Australian members.

The current market environment has created challenges across multiple parts of the supply chain, impacting inventory flow, warehouse replenishment schedules, and local distribution timelines.

Despite these challenges, inventory preparation for Australia continues.

Our team remains actively engaged with suppliers, logistics partners, and operational teams to support future stock availability and replenishment planning.

Although exact timelines cannot always be guaranteed, restoring and strengthening inventory availability remains one of our key priorities.

Building A Stronger International Fulfillment Network

The past several months have highlighted the importance of having multiple fulfillment pathways available.

Historically, much of our fulfillment support relied on a limited number of operational routes.

As conditions continue to evolve, we are actively expanding beyond this model.

Our team is currently evaluating additional fulfillment partnerships across multiple regions and exploring new warehouse capabilities outside existing operations.

The objective is simple:

To build a more resilient and flexible fulfillment network that can better support members regardless of changing market conditions.

Future fulfillment support may involve additional regional warehouse partnerships and expanded international inventory allocation programs as these capabilities become available.

Alternative Shipping Solutions Are Being Tested

Alongside warehouse expansion efforts, we are also actively testing alternative international shipping solutions.

The goal is to improve flexibility, delivery consistency, and long-term fulfillment reliability.

Different logistics routes may perform differently depending on customs conditions, transportation capacity, and regional regulations.

For this reason, our team continues evaluating and optimizing various transportation options that may better support Australian members in the future.

While not every solution becomes a permanent part of our network, each initiative helps strengthen our overall fulfillment capability.

The current challenges facing the industry have not changed our commitment to Australian members.

Our focus remains on:
